Good Trouble Lives On

Another FANTASTIC outing! We’re just getting started!

DESCRIPTION

Please join Kona Indivisible and Matriarchy Rising for a protest in Kona on Thursday, July 17th, from 4 to 5 p.m.

Let’s stand up to the fascist, orange dictator and say we do NOT want the Big, Bad Bill, and we do not want war! Join us while we come together to show MAGA we are not taking this authoritarian bullshit anymore!

What is “Good Trouble Lives On?”

Good Trouble Lives On is a national day of action to respond to the Trump administration's attacks on our civil and human rights and to remind them that in America, the power lies with the people.

Coined by civil rights leader Congressman John Lewis, “Good Trouble” is the act of coming together to take peaceful, nonviolent action to challenge injustice and create meaningful change. Good Trouble is marches, protests, service work – any action where communities come together, take a stand against wrongdoings, and speak truth to power.

Past civil rights leaders have shown us the power of collective action. That’s why, on July 17, five years after Congressman John Lewis's passing, we’re calling on Americans across the country to Make Good Trouble Together.

We have 100 signs to borrow, but please bring your own if you can.
